Professional Evolution believe that the structure of our placement fees should strike the balance between receiving reliable, 1st class bespoke services & tangible value for money.

Permanent candidate placement:

Based on the basic agreed salary at the commencement of recruiting for each role.

• 0 to 3 placements 17.5%
• 4 to 6 placements 18.5%
• 7 to 9 placements 19.5%
• >  10  placements 20%

Contractual candidate placement:

Whether our clients' require short, medium or longer term contracting team members, you can be assured that our placements will be extremely competent and resourceful professionals.  Very fast learners, with strong communication skills at all levels and are able to work effectively in most commercial IT environments.

POA as fee's are subject to skill set requirement, contract duration & shift pattern if applicable.

SLA:

In the unlikely event that a permanent placement from Professional Evolution leaves a new role within the first 3 months of employment we will rebate the fee charged minus 8.3% of the total fee for each full week of employment completed.   Plus your next chargeable fee will be reduced by 50%.
